Description:
While adding a member under HOF (Head of Family), the relation with HOF is already selected during the member addition. However, when the member’s form is opened afterward, the system again asks for Relation with HOF, which is redundant.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.

1. Go to HOF / Family Registration.

1. Add a new family member under HOF.

1. Select the Relation with HOF while adding the member and save.

1. Open the newly added member’s registration form/profile.

Actual Result:
The system again asks for “Relation with HOF” when opening the member’s form.

Expected Result:
Since the relation with HOF was already selected while adding the member, the system should not ask for it again and should auto-populate the previously selected relation.
