When registering a beneficiary in the ANC module and marking that the woman has been delivered, the record correctly moves to both:
- “Delivery outcome” section
- “PNC Mother List” section
However, after reinstalling the application and performing down sync, the same record is not visible in PNC. Instead, the system shows the beneficiary again in ANC and asks to mark delivery details again.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Register a beneficiary in ANC.
- Mark the woman as Delivered.
- Verify the record appears in:
- Delivery outcome section
- PNC Mother list
- Reinstall the application.
- Perform Down Sync.
- Check the beneficiary status.
Actual Result:
- The delivered record is not visible in PNC after reinstall/down sync.
- Beneficiary appears back in ANC and asks to add delivery details again.
Expected Result:
- Delivered status should persist after reinstall and sync.
- Beneficiary should remain in PNC Mother list.
- No duplicate or re-entry should be required.
