Description:
In the Pregnancy Registration module, under the Past Illness section, the option “None” is not getting selected when the user tries to choose it.

Due to this issue, users are unable to proceed correctly when the beneficiary has no past illness history. This is impacting accurate data entry and form submission.

Steps to Reproduce:
Login to the Mitanin Application.

Navigate to Pregnancy Registration.

Go to the Past Illness section.

Try selecting the “None” option
