User ID 9957038647 is facing an issue where old data is not showing in the app.

I have checked with Nikhil Ji regarding this matter. For other users, when logging in with the new APK version 2.7.4, the app is working fine and old data is displaying properly.

However, for this particular user ID, during the first login, data download takes more than 30 minutes. After completion, the ASHA dashboard is showing only:

• 2 Households

• 8 Total Beneficiaries

Whereas the actual data for this ASHA is:

• 252 Households

• 1022 Beneficiaries

This indicates that the complete data is not getting downloaded .

Kindly check and resolve the issue at the earliest.
