Description:
Data is not syncing properly in the following Disease Control modules:

• Malaria – Confirmed Case (Follow-up)

• AES/JE

• Filaria

• Leprosy

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.

1. Navigate to Disease Control module.

1. Create or update a case in:

• • Malaria (Confirmed Case – Follow-up)

• • AES/JE

• • Filaria

• • Leprosy

1. Save the form in offline mode.

1. Turn on internet and perform sync.

Expected Result:
All saved records should sync successfully to the server without any error.

Actual Result:
Records are not syncing properly. Data remains pending in sync or fails without proper error message.
