A beneficiary was successfully registered with a photo while the internet connection was turned off. However, when attempting to edit the same beneficiary and submit the changes, the application crashes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn OFF the internet connection.

1. Register a new beneficiary and capture/upload a photo.

1. Save the beneficiary details successfully.

1. Navigate to the beneficiary profile.

1. Click on Edit Beneficiary.

1. Make any changes and tap on Submit.

Expected Result:
The beneficiary details should be updated successfully without any app crash, even in offline mode.

Actual Result:
The application crashes on submitting the edited beneficiary details.
