Description:
In 2.4 build regression testing, in the CDR (Child Death Review) module, all child records are getting moved, whereas only those children whose Death Form is submitted should move.

Actual Result:

• In CDR, all child records are moving, not only the death cases.

• In both CDR and MDSR, the Red Sync icon is still shown even after successful submission of the Death Form.

Expected Result:

• In CDR, only those child records whose Death Form is submitted should move.

• In both CDR and MDSR, after successful submission and sync, the Red Sync icon should be removed or changed to Green Sync.

Additionally, in both CDR and MDSR (Maternal Death Surveillance and Response) modules, even after successful submission of the Death Form, the Red Sync icon is still visible, indicating a sync issue.
