[2.4.2 Regression Testing] Red Sync icon shown in Delivery Outcome and Eligible Couple List after Registration

      Description:
      In 2.4 build regression testing, after successful registration, the Red Sync icon is still visible in the Delivery Outcome and Eligible Couple List modules

      Actual Result:
      Red Sync icon is still displayed in both Delivery Outcome and Eligible Couple List even after successful registration.

      Expected Result:
      After successful registration and sync, the Red Sync icon should be removed or changed to Green Sync in both modules.
