CLONE - Remove All File Upload Options

      Remove all document upload fields from relevant screens and this applicable only for Mitamin App but not applicable for Utprerona App.

      Remove file upload options in all modules an in all screens, except in following screens:

      1. All sections in Village level forms
      2. Child Registration screen - Birth certificate upload (Maternal health >> Child Registration)

      Note: Also remove the dialog box/ Alert messages related file uploads.
