Implement the number picker control for adding no of children field instead of text box.

(i.e. number picker + or - in place of no of children text box field).

other changes:

1. After Children Registration, give option to "View Children" on card, and inside screen give Edit option to "Add Children"
2. show a label: "Registration for Children Under 15 Years of Age"
3. Show Adult Children count separately (for Age above >15 years show elderly children), with title "Number of Adult Children (Age Above 15 Years)"

Handle the below cases:

1. If add Son/ Daughter from HoF card should add to the Wife children list (should increment the count)

2. After delivery of a baby, and Child Registration is done this also should add to the Wife children list (should increment the count)

3. If child Age is <=3 Months, then child Name is optional and Name should be (Baby of Mother Name)
