In Wife/ Mother under Register and View Children screen, EC and ECT screens, show No of children count should be based on the Beneficiary (Mother) record (Not form EC table, this data can be ignored since this is random data),

and already Registered children (son and daughter) in existing records should be show in No of children count.

'No of Children' means 'Number of Live Children' 

Changes:
1. After Children are registered, from "View Children" option on card, and inside screen show children count and details should be based on the Beneficiary (Mother) record

2. In EC and ECT line listing on every card show 'No of Children' count form the Beneficiary (Mother) record

3.  In EC Registration and view screen remove the 'details of Women section (No of Children, etc)' and on top show 'No of Children' count form the Beneficiary (Mother) record Not form  EC table
