Enable tracking of mobilization of women aged 20–49 (excluding pregnant and lactating) to take iron tablets in Kawardha and Sarguja. This should be reflected in the Eligible list with a Yes/No field.

Requirements:

These following changes are required in the existing form "IFA":

• Currently this feature is available in the ‘All beneficiary list’, this feature should be move to ‘Eligible Couple list’
• and this option “IFA” should be available on all woman cards in EC list
• Visit Date: Allow date back up to 1 month from current month
• Rename ‘Whether IFA supplement is provided?’ to “Has the woman been provided with iron supplements?”

Note: Remove this feature in the ‘All beneficiary list’

And remove WRA filter
