Update the Village Health, Sanitation, and Nutrition Committee (VHSNC) monthly meetings module to include an additional question for tracking attendance of committee members
Requirements:
correct the title : VHNC to VHSNC
Note:
In Mitanin App:
- Rename 'Village level forms' to "Mitanin/ Village Meetings"
- These changes are applicable only in Mitanin App (New fields S.No. 3 to 10)
- Rename 'No of Beneficiaries attended' to "Number of Mitanins participated in VHSNC meeting"
In Utprerona App:
- Rename 'Village level forms' to "ASHA/ Village Meetings"
- Rename 'No of Beneficiaries attended' to "Number of ASHAs participated in VHSNC meeting"
- New fields NOT Applicable
In the ASHA/ Village Meetings section under VHSNC meeting, following changes are required:
Add this below new fields and need some changes in the existing fields refer to below table:
