Update the Village Health and Nutrition Day (VHND) module to include additional questions for better tracking of participation and services provided.
Note: These changes are applicable only in Mitanin App
Requirements:
In the ASHA/ Village Meetings section under VHND/ VHSND meeting, following changes are required:
Rename: "Village level form" to "Mitanin/ Village Meetings"
Add this below new fields and need some changes in the existing fields refer to below table:
- Number of Pregnant Woman attended for ANC check up
- Number of Lactating Mothers attended for PNC check up
- Number of Children attended for Immunization
- and add new question with Check box
