Providing nutrition advice and iron supplementation to children aged 6 months to 5 years (after 10 monthly visits)

These following changes are required:

In history table: show 1 year data for a calendar year

In View show last visit details (previous) and allow to edit only last visit (file upload) and show history table.

Note: The changes that are applicable only in Mitanin App:

Incentive Logic: After 10 monthly visits consider 1 Incentive per child
