Update label names in Institutional Delivery module

      In Delivery Outcome screen few label names are require to rename for more clarity and clear for user:

      1. "Outcomes of Delivery" rename to "Total births (Total number of Babies born)"
      2. "Live Birth"  rename to "Number of Live Births"
      3. "Still Birth"  rename to "Number of Stillbirths"
