When the Head of Family (HOF) is selected as male and the spouse (wife) has already been added to the family details, the system does not display any option or button to add children.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select HOF as Male.

1. Add the spouse (wife) successfully.

1. Attempt to add their children.

1. Observe that the “Add Child” button or option is missing.

Expected Result:
The system should display an option/button to add children once HOF and spouse details are added.

Actual Result:
No option is available to add children after adding the wife.
