Change this to SNCU admission:

In Maternal Health >> Newborn Registration:
Change this field name "Is Baby discharge from SNCU?" to "Is the Baby admitted to the SNCU?"

and don't auto populate this value in HBNC section as in the HBNC its "Is Baby discharge from SNCU?"
