In Pregnant Women Registration screen following changes are required:

1. Date of Registration filed, minimum date validation is currently linked with beneficiary Registration, change it to "Accept date not less than 1 year from Today's Date"
2. LMP Date field should be enable after "Date of Registration" values is entered
3. Remove these 3 Lab Test fields and its related test date fields:

a. VDRL/RPR Test result

b. HIV Test result

c. HBsAg Test result
