Add option to delete a beneficiary from the household.

• Provide this “Beneficiary Delete Option” in only All Household >> Members list
• In the All Household >> Members list, on every member card show a button “Delete Member”
• On click “Delete Member”, show a dialog with message “Are you sure you want to delete <Member Name>” with “Yes” or “No” buttons
• If “Yes” is selected, then do a soft delete of the member (deactivate Beneficiary in the backend)
• If “No” is selected, then land back to Members list.
• After delete, mark this Members card in orange colour and keep a label “Duplicate Record” and this card should not have any action to edit.
• Once any member is deleted, this record should not show in any module line listing (i.e. all beneficiaries list, EC, ECT, PW, ANC, Child, NCD, etc.)
• Head of the Family (Hof) member record can be deleted only if no other Family Members are added (i.e. if any other Family Members are added, should not allow to deleted HoF), In this case go to option delete Household

Note:

1.  when a member is deleted, Beneficiary count should reduce accordingly (on the card in the Home screen)
2. when a member is deleted, sync the record to server and update the record (Beneficiary status)
3. All the deleted records, should also get at time of first time download with deleted status
4. Note: ensure to pass 'timestamp' in 'updated date' attribute every time a record is edited to ensure data integrity and facilitate a clear audit trail."
5. All the deleted records should not show in any other applications like mHWC and HWC applications
