Update the hamburger menu item currently labeled “Incentive” to a more descriptive title “Monthly Claim Summary”

Confirm the final label with the product owner or business team and update it accordingly across the UI.

Acceptance Criteria:

• “Incentive” label in the hamburger menu is replaced with the approved new title.
• The updated label appears consistently across all navigation areas.
• No routing, linking, or functionality is impacted by the label change.
