Update the label “Infant list” to “New born list” across all relevant areas of the application.
This includes UI pages, menus, headers, filters and any backend or config references where the label appears.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All occurrences of “Infant list” are updated to “New born list”.
• The new label appears consistently across all modules and screens.
• No logic, routing, or data mapping is affected by the change.
