      The Immunization Module must display  the below vaccination sections by age group (birth to 16 years), with color-coded status (Green for Taken, Orange for Due, Red for Overdue) when a child is selected from the line listing.

            

      1. All
      2. Birth Dose Vaccines Babies
      3. 6 Weeks Vaccines Children
      4. 10 Weeks Vaccines Children
      5. 14 Weeks Vaccines Children
      6. 9-12 Months Vaccines Children
      7. 16-24 Months Vaccines Children
      8. 5-6 Years Vaccine Children
      9. 10 Years Vaccine Children
      10. 16 Years Vaccine Children

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Age Group Sections:
        • Sections: ALL ,Birth Dose, 6 Weeks, 10 Weeks, 14 Weeks, 9-12 Months, 16-24 Months, 5-6 Years, 10 Years, 16 Years.
        • Each section should have a line-listing of children in the corresponding age group.
      • Child Selection and Vaccination Status:
        • When a child is selected from the list, display the corresponding immunization schedule.
        • Vaccination status should be color-coded:
          • Vaccine Taken: Green
          • Vaccine Due: Orange
          • Vaccine Overdue: Red
      • Previous Vaccination Entry:
        • Allow entry of previous vaccinations for each child.
        • Update vaccination status accordingly based on the entered data.
      • Overdue Vaccination Display:
        • Overdue vaccinations must be shown in both the current age group and the age group in which the vaccination was missed.
