Description:
During new male registration, the Wife Details popup appears as expected in the HOF flow. However, after completing the Wife registration, the Status of Women dropdown is not visible on the registration screen. It only becomes visible at the time of form submission, not during the initial registration process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a new Male Registration.

1. Proceed through the HOF flow.

1. When prompted, fill the Wife Details popup.

1. After saving the Wife details, continue to the main registration screen.

1. Observe the Status of Women field.

1. Try submitting the form.

Observed Result:

• The Status of Women dropdown is not visible during the initial registration.

• It only appears at the time of form submission.

Expected Result:

• The Status of Women dropdown should be visible and selectable during the Wife registration process itself.
