While testing the application in Hindi language, multiple forms, dropdowns, modules, and labels are still appearing in English. This creates inconsistency and affects usability for Hindi-speaking field workers.

Issues Observed:

1. CBAC Form-Dropdown options still appear in English instead of Hindi.

2. Father Name is displayed in English for all beneficiaries.

3. HBNC & HBYC Forms- Entire forms appear in English, not Hindi.

4. Profile/Help section is in English

5. Incentive section is in English

6. Key Performance Indicator(KPIs)

7. Multiple Modules Still in English

The following modules/screens are not translated to Hindi:

• Disease Control module

• e-PMSMA list

• Child Immunization

• NCD – Referred List

• Death Report module

• Village Level Form module

8. Individual Forms Not Translated

• IFA form

• ORS form

• SAM form

• Eye Surgery form

9. Adolescent List(Registration Form)- Entire form appears in English during Hindi mode.

Expected Behavior:

All modules, labels, dropdowns, forms, and sections should display in Hindi when the app language is set to Hindi.
