Implement "Spouse Details" tab for married beneficiaries

      When a beneficiary’s Marital Status = “Married”, a “Spouse Details” tab should appear in the top navigation.
      This tab should include a floating "+" icon to add/view spouse details.
      Captured details:

      • Spouse Name
      • Age at Marriage
      • Date of Marriage
      • Number of Live Children
