When a beneficiary answers "Yes" to the question "Do you have children?", a "Children Details" tab should appear in the top navigation.
This tab will allow adding, viewing, and editing children details through a floating "+" icon.
Each child record should capture:

• Date of Birth

• Age (auto-calculated)

• Gender

• Sterilization Status

Historical data should be maintained for all children under the beneficiary.
