Description:
We need to update Sync button in the hamburger menu. The functionality should allow users to start only the PUSH operation (no pull or bidirectional sync).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Sync button is added under the hamburger menu.
• On click, it triggers only the PUSH process.
• The button should provide visual feedback (e.g., loading spinner or progress indicator) while the push is in progress.
• Once completed, show a success or error message.
• Ensure the button is disabled while a push is in progress to prevent multiple triggers.

Notes:

• This will be the first phase of sync support (PUSH only).

• Pull functionality will be added later.
