As an ASHA, I want to record malaria slide collection details for beneficiaries with fever symptoms, so that malaria cases can be diagnosed, tracked, and reported timely under the NVBDCP program.
Acceptance Criteria
Beneficiary Identification
- In the Beneficiary list, ASHA can view and filter individuals who have reported fever symptoms during household visits.
- Filter option “Fever Cases” should be available in the Beneficiary section.
- Only Active (Alive) beneficiaries are shown for slide collection.
Malaria Slide Collection Form
When ASHA selects a beneficiary and clicks “Add Malaria Slide Collection”, the following form should appear:

Form Actions
- Submit Button to save malaria slide collection details.
- On successful submission, show message: “Malaria slide collection details saved successfully.”
- Records should be available under View/Edit Malaria Slide Collection for updates or verification.
