Description:
In the EC Tracking form (Hindi and Assamese versions), the following rules should be implemented:

1. If the user selects "Pregnancy test result" = Positive, then the "Is the woman pregnant?" field should automatically be set to Yes.

1. If the user selects "Pregnancy test result" = Negative, then the "Is the woman pregnant?" field should automatically be set to No.

• • In this case, additional fields related to Family Planning methods should also be displayed (same as in English version):
    • Are you using any family planning method? (Yes/No)
    • Method of contraception (Dropdown field)

Expected Result:

• Field auto-population and conditional display should work in Hindi and Assamese versions, consistent with the English version behavior.
