As an ASHA worker, I want to record the ABHA Number registration for beneficiaries, so that I can support digital health access and receive an incentive for each successful registration.

Acceptance Criteria:

ABHA Number Registration

• Capture whether ABHA Number has been successfully registered for a beneficiary.
• Input Type: Checkbox or toggle (e.g., ABHA ID Registered: Yes/No)
• ABHA Number must be validated as a 14-digit numeric value (if shown)

Incentive Logic

• On successful registration of ABHA Number for a beneficiary:
  • Add ₹10 per case
  • Under Incentive Master Claim Form:
    • Section: Other Incentives
    • S. No. 82: "Incentive for ABHA ID Creation"

Validation:

• Only unique ABHA IDs per beneficiary should be counted.
• No duplicate claims for the same beneficiary.
• Incentive is case-based, not time-based (i.e., one-time per beneficiary)
