• Default Value: No
• If "Yes" is selected, show and enable the following:

Nayi Pahal Kit Handover Date

• Type: Calendar Date Picker
• Format: dd-mm-yyyy
• Field Rules:
  • Conditionally mandatory (only if handover = Yes)
  • Default = null
  • Date must be:
    • Not greater than today’s date
    • Greater than or equal to beneficiary’s registration date
  • Disabled for editing after submission (read-only once submitted)

ASHA Photo with Couple While Handing Over Nayi Pahal Kit

• Type: File Upload
• Field Rules:
  • Enable only if handover = Yes
  • Allow upload of up to 2 images
  • Allowed formats: JPEG, PNG
  • Max file size: 3 MB per image

Nayi Pahal Kit Photo – View Option

• Type: View Image link/button
• Rule: Enabled only if handover = Yes
• Clicking should open uploaded images in preview mode

Incentive Logic:
