Expand the ANC module to include additional visits (ANC Visit 5, 6, 7, 8) alongside the existing visits (1, 2, 3, 4).

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Displays Dropdown options for ANC Visit with 5, 6, 7, and 8 in the ANC module.
2. Users can enter and save information for ANC Visit 5, 6, 7, and 8.
3. Automated scheduling and reminders work for Visits 5 to 8 as they do for existing visits.
4. Reports and dashboards include data from ANC Visits 5 to 8.
