Description:

In the Malaria module → Malaria Detail Screen→ Register page, above the On/Off toggle, a heading “IRS” should be displayed. The On/Off toggle should be functional, and when turned On, the Round field should show a dropdown allowing selection of numbers only up to 4.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Malaria module → Malaria Detail → Register page.

       2. Observe the area above the On/Off toggle.

       3. Turn the On/Off toggle On.

       4. Check the Round field dropdown.

Expected Result:

• Heading “IRS” is displayed above the toggle.

• Toggle works correctly.

• Round dropdown appears when toggle is On and allows selection only up to 4.

Actual Result:

• Heading, toggle behavior, or dropdown restrictions are missing/incorrect.
