Description:
After clicking the Register button in Malaria Confirm Case Follow-up and other modules, the Pending Sync indicator remains visible even though the sync is successful. A similar sync issue is also observed in the Beneficiary module.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Malaria Confirm Case Follow-up or any module.

1. Perform data entry and click the Register button.

1. Observe the Pending Sync indicator.

1. Repeat the steps in the Beneficiary module.

Expected Result:

• After a successful sync, the Pending Sync indicator should disappear.

Actual Result:

• The Pending Sync indicator remains even after successful sync.
