Description:
In the General OPD module, the Referred To field is by default automatically populated with the Beneficiary ID, but it should remain blank.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the General OPD module.

       2. Observe that the Referred To field is pre-filled with the Beneficiary ID.

Expected Result:

• The Referred To field should be blank by default.

Actual Result:

• The field is pre-populated with the Beneficiary ID.
