Description:

In the Malaria module, when RDT = Positive, the Malaria Slide Test dropdown (Pf/Pv) appears. Selecting Pf shows only Pf Date of Test, selecting Pv shows only Pv Date of Test. On the Malaria Confirm Case → Follow-up page, Treatment Given is mandatory based on the Slide Test result.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Malaria Form.

       2. Select RDT = Positive.

       3. Verify if Malaria Slide Test field becomes visible.

       4. From the dropdown, select Pf → check if only Date of Test (Pf) field is displayed.

       5. From the dropdown, select Pv → check if only Date of Test (Pv) field is displayed.

       6. Navigate to Malaria Confirm Case → Follow-up page.

       7. Verify whether Treatment Given appears and is set as mandatory based on the Slide Test result.

Actual Result:

• Malaria Slide Test and Date of Test fields are not behaving dynamically for Pf/Pv selection.

• “Treatment Given” in Confirm Case follow-up is not appearing as a mandatory field linked to Slide Test results.

Expected Result:

• When RDT = Positive, the Malaria Slide Test dropdown must appear.

• Dropdown should contain Pf and Pv options.

• On selecting Pf → only Date of Test (Pf) should be visible.

• On selecting Pv → only Date of Test (Pv) should be visible.

• At a time, only one Slide Test option and its Date of Test should be displayed.

• In Malaria Confirm Case → Follow-up, “Treatment Given” must display as mandatory, referencing the Slide Test selection.
