Description:
In the Adolescent module, the following issues are observed:

           1) All cards show a red cross icon.

           2) Beneficiaries show Pending Sync status initially, and data syncs only after 30 seconds delay.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Adolescent module.

       2. Add a new household.

       3. Check beneficiary cards and sync status.

Actual Result:

 beneficiary registration works, but cards show a red cross icon and pending sync status for 30 seconds before syncing.

Expected Result:

• Sync should be near real-time, without red cross icon or unnecessary delay.
