Description:
In Malaria, Kala Azar, and AES modules, when selecting Beneficiary Status = Death and Place of Death = Other:

• If the text field is left blank once, a required field validation message is shown.

• After this, even when the user enters a valid value, the system does not accept the value.

Affected Modules:

          1. Malaria

          2. Kala Azar

          3. AES

Affected Field: Place of Death = Other (text input)

Steps to Reproduce:

 1. Open Malaria/Kala Azar/AES module.

 2. Select Beneficiary Status = Death.

 3. Choose Place of Death = Other.

 4. Leave the text field blank → validation error is shown.

 5. Try to enter a valid value again.
