Description:
The date picker in Malaria Confirm Case(Follow-Up) screens is restricting users to select dates only from the last 3–4 days, which is not as per the requirement. and 'Date of Referral' should be optional but show this field to mendetory

• Affected Fields:

           1. Date of Completion of Treatment

           2.  Date of Referral

• Current Behavior: User can select only past 3–4 days in all above fields.

• Expected Behavior: Completion Date and Referral Date should be selectable only after Treatment Start Date and 'Date of Referral' should be optional.

Steps to Reproduce:

           1. Login with valid ASHA account credentials.

           2. Navigate to the Malaria Control module. and Open a Follow-Up Case.

           3.  Attempt to select a date for the above-mentioned fields.
