When registering a husband and wife in the same household, the system allows saving successfully. However, while editing the husband or wife details, the application again prompts to register husband/wife, even though they are already registered.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register Husband and Wife in the same household.

1. Save and go back to the household list.

1. Edit details of either Husband or Wife.

1. System again prompts for Register Husband/Wife option.

Expected Result:

• If husband and wife are already registered in the household, the system should not ask for registering again when editing.

• Editing should only allow modification of existing records.

Actual Result:

• System shows a prompt to register husband/wife again while editing, causing duplication.
