As an ASHA, I want to receive the correct incentive amount based on the selected Method of Contraception, so that I am properly rewarded for motivating individuals for family planning procedures.

Acceptance Criteria:
- ASHA can be able to Method of Contraception
- If "FEMALE STERILIZATION" is selected as the Method of Contraception, ASHA is eligible for ₹300 (S. No. 51).
- If "POST PARTUM STERILIZATION (PPS)" is selected, ASHA is eligible for ₹400 (S. No. 52).
- If "Minilap" is selected, ASHA is eligible for ₹300 (S. No. 53).
- If "MALE STERILIZATION" is selected, ASHA is eligible for ₹400 (S. No. 54).
- Incentives should be recorded and visible in the Incentive Master Claim Form against the respective S. No. and description.
