In the ASHA Profile section, the fields ASHA Household Registration and ASHA Family Member are not required.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the ASHA Profile module.

1. Observe that the fields ASHA Household Registration and ASHA Family Member are displayed.

Expected Result:
The fields ASHA Household Registration and ASHA Family Member should be removed from the ASHA Profile section.

Actual Result:
The fields are currently visible but not required.
