While registering a beneficiary, if a value is entered in the "Age at Marriage" field, it gets saved successfully. However, when the same beneficiary record is opened in Edit mode, the "Age at Marriage" field appears blank, instead of showing the previously saved value.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Beneficiary Registration.

1. Enter all required details and provide a valid value in the "Age at Marriage" field.

1. Save and register the beneficiary.

1. Navigate to the same beneficiary and open it in Edit mode.

1. Observe that the "Age at Marriage" field is blank.

Expected Result:
The "Age at Marriage" field should display the previously saved value during beneficiary editing.

Actual Result:
The "Age at Marriage" field appears blank while editing, even though a value was entered during registration.
