In the All Household module, once the “New Household registration” button is clicked and consent is provided, it redirects to the “All Household” Page itself instead of opening the Registration form.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to All Household module.

1. Click on New Household registration button.

1. Provide consent when prompted.

Expected Result:
System should open the Household Registration form after consent is provided.

Actual Result:
System redirects back to the All Household page instead of opening the Registration form.
