Description:

• DEC & Albendazole Dose Status – For pregnant or under‑2‑year members, ‘P’ or ‘Y’ is not auto‑selected and field stays editable; all options are shown.

• Medicine Side Effect – “None” option missing from dropdown.  **  

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the relevant module/form.

       2. Select a member who is pregnant.

       3. Check DEC & Albendazole Dose Status → all options appear, no auto‑selection, field editable.

       4. Check Medicine Side Effect dropdown → “None” option not available.

Expected Result:

• For Pregnant members: ‘P’ is auto-selected in “DEC and Albendazole Dose Status” and field is not editable.

• “Medicine Side Effect” dropdown includes “None” option by default.

Actual Result:

• No auto-selection; all options displayed; field remains editable.

• “None” missing in “Medical Side Effect” dropdown.
