Description:
In the Kala Azar and AES/JE Control module, when registering a member and selecting the visit date, the date picker currently allows selecting only the current date.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tap on the Register button to open the Kala Azar form and AES/JE form.

       2. Attempt to select the Visit Date from the calendar.

       3. Observe that only today's date or dates; older dates up to 3 months are not available.

Expected Result:

The date picker for Visit Date should allow the selection of any date within the last 3 months.

Actual Result:

Only today's date can be selected; no option for dates past 3 months is available.
