      Description:
In all Disease Control submodules, when an "Other" text box field is left blank and submitted, the system correctly shows a validation error (e.g., with a red border). However, after the user enters a valid value and resubmits the form, the following issues occur intermittently:

      • The field is not accepted even after correction.
      • The UI red border indicating a validation error remains visible even though the field has been filled.

      Steps to Reproduce:

1.Log in to the application and open any of the affected submodules (Malaria, Kala Azar, AES/JE, Filaria,  Leprosy).

             2. Locate a form with an “Other” text box field.

             3. Leave the “Other” field blank and attempt to submit the form.

             4. Observe the validation error (red border) appearing correctly.

             5. Enter a valid value into the “Other” field.

             6. Attempt to resubmit the form.

             7. Notice that in some cases:

1.The submission is blocked as if the field is still invalid.

2.The UI red border remains even with valid input.

      Expected Result:

                   1. Once the user enters a valid response and resubmits, the validation error should disappear.

                   2. The data should be accepted without persistent error indicators.

      Actual Result:

                   1. Field is sometimes not accepted even after being corrected.

                   2. The UI red border remains, suggesting the field is still invalid.
