Description:
In the Malaria module, the screening date picker allows selection of only today’s date. Users are unable to select dates from the last 3 months, and the heading text in the register form contains a spelling error: “Maleria” instead of the correct spelling “Malaria”.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application and navigate to Malaria Register page.

       2.Open the screening date picker.

       3. Attempt to select a date from prior months (within the last 3 months).

       4. Observe that the date picker does not allow selection of earlier dates; only today’s date is permitted.

        5.Observe the heading/title text – note the misspelling “Maleria” instead of “Malaria”.

Expected Result:

• Screening Date picker should allow date selection within the last 3 months as per program requirements.

• Form heading should display the correct spelling “Malaria”.

Actual Result:

• Date picker restricts user to selecting only today’s date.

• Misspelled heading “Maleria” is shown.
