Description:
In all Disease Control submodules, member cards are showing the household name in place of the specific member/patient’s name. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the Bizbrolly application.

       2. Navigate to any submodule (Malaria, Kala Azar, AES/JE, Filaria, Leprosy).

       3. View the list of members displayed as cards.

       4. Observe that the household name is displayed on the cards rather than the actual member/patient name.

Expected Result:
Each member card should display the actual member/patient name as the primary identifier.

Actual Result:
Cards display the household name, making it difficult to identify individual records.
